Willow Court

An exclusive, gated development, Willow Court comprises 18 high-quality apartments with private garden playground and 15 parking spaces on the outskirts of Kingston town centre. The project involved the careful redevelopment and extension of an existing building to meet modern living standards.

The interiors feature high-end finishes with a minimalist design, optimising light through large windows and cantilevered balconies with etched glass screens. A comprehensive daylighting study ensured that all units receive excellent natural light.

Externally, the building integrates terracotta-coloured cladding, red and chalk-toned brickwork, and render to create a harmonious blend of textures. The top floor, set back with grey cladding, reduces the building’s perceived mass, allowing it to integrate sensitively into its surroundings.
