Located in the heart of Bow, CMT Construction is delivering 12 private residential units on a triangular site in Bow, previously occupied by a public house. The location, bounded by St Paul’s Way, Mile End Park, and a railway viaduct, poses unique design challenges due to its irregular shape.

The proposed six-storey scheme is designed to make optimal use of the site, delivering a high-quality residential development that fits seamlessly into the local context. The building will feature deep glazed balconies facing the park, red cedar timber panelling, white render panels, and yellow London multi-stock brickwork—creating a distinctive, contemporary palette.

CMT is collaborating closely with its in-house design team to incorporate sustainable construction techniques and deliver a striking, landmark building.
