Responsibility:

  • The Executive Manager oversees policy enforcement and updates.
  • Senior managers ensure policy implementation and employee training.
  • A dedicated Safety Manager monitors compliance and addresses concerns.
  • Employees must adhere to safety practices under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

 

A Safety Committee meets regularly to review training, monitor compliance, and propose improvements.
