Burleigh Gardens

Situated in the heart of Southgate, the project delivered a 116-bedroom hotel with a restaurant, gym, and spa facilities. The project involves a partial conversion from a B1/D1 office and educational facility, along with a new build to create a modern hospitality venue.

The scheme encompasses a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment, in addition to a new-build extension. The design is presently under development, with construction planned to commence at the end of summer.
