Hillier Road

Located between the commons in Wandsworth and close to the lively Northcote Road, this property underwent a significant transformation. A modern roof and glazed rear extension were added to a complete renovation, resulting in a bright, open-plan living space with a contemporary, vibrant atmosphere.

The extension features large glass elements and sliding doors that retract into wall cavities at a 90-degree angle, seamlessly connecting the indoor space to the garden. A strip of roof glazing enhances natural light and the perception of space. Traditional brickwork paired with modern glazing defines the home’s updated character—elegant, functional, and filled with natural light.

Project success led the CMT renovation team to undertake three other houses with similar standards and unique finishes on the same street.
