ELMS ROAD

Located in historic Clapham, Myers Court has 15 high-end residences featuring one-, two– —, and three-bedroom apartments and coach houses, all arranged around a beautifully landscaped rear garden. The project entails demolishing a post-World War II building and constructing a new structure that aligns with historical design patterns.

This development echoes the legacy of George E. Myers, the esteemed 19th-century master builder who collaborated with Augustus Pugin and contributed to the grandeur of Mentmore Towers for the Rothschilds.

Preserving the legacy of Victorian architecture, Myers Court effortlessly combines period charm with modern luxury, rendering it a genuinely distinguished residential offering.
