Situated in Lower Marsh, near Waterloo Station, it comprises 20 micro-studios and a ground-floor restaurant constructed from 30-foot prefabricated shipping containers, facilitating the future recycling of used shipping containers.

The five-storey scheme sits within the Lower Marsh Conservation Area, seamlessly blending into its eclectic surroundings. A ground-floor café-restaurant reflects the area’s independent, creative community, offering a unique experience for guests.
