Located in the heart of vibrant East London, this project transformed a post-WWII textile warehouse into a five-storey, mixed-use development. The scheme comprises eight high-spec residential apartments and four commercial units at ground and Basment levels, aligning with the local council’s preference for mixed-use regeneration.
Constructed from a combination of reinforced concrete and a lightweight steel frame seated atop a raft and piled foundation, the building showcases a contemporary finish featuring Special Reserve brickwork, embossed dark-grey detailing, and black satin timber cladding while blending characteristics of the area.
Each apartment benefits from ample daylight, with Juliet balconies and spacious terraces enhancing ventilation and privacy. The penthouse unit was optimally designed for natural light, while all interiors feature minimalist finishes, white walls, and high-quality wood laminate flooring—offering clean, modern comfort in a bustling urban setting.
